1. Do I receive a confirmation of my booking?                                                              Yes, you will receive your personal confirmation for your booking by email, including all your details and the Mobilno. of the company or the driver.

2. How do I pay?                                                                                                                 You can pay with your Credit Card at the driver in our taxis. Of course we like to do paying by cash.

3. Is the fare per person or per journey?                                                                              The quoted fare is the end price per journey included the valid set of tax.

4. Are there different prices applicabel for night or weekend trips?                               At taxi trips by night, weekend and public holiday we have to count additions which are indicated on the counter up to a distance of 50 Km.  For Airport-Transfer and long-distance trips is only one tariff applicable.

5. Does the the company watch over my delay in case of airport-tranfer, should be the occasion arise?                                                                                               The taxi company checks flight arrival times and a delay that may occur, and can react accordingly. In case you fly under a different flight number you have to inform the taxi company about your change, so that we are abel to wait for you at the right time.

6. How much time must I book in advance?                                                                         At least 24 hours in advance to receive your personal confirmation. In case you book in a shorter period, it is possible, that you only receive a confitmation by automatic responder But also in this cases your transfer is is guaranteed.

7. Can I contact the taxi company or driver by phone?                                                    Yes the phone number is mentioned on the confirmation of your booking.

8. Can I make a reservation from abroad?                                                                           Yes you can book on our website from all over the world in case you have access to Internet.

9. Can I make a reservation for an airport abroad?                                                           Yes for all in the list ”airport-selection” indicated airports you can make your reservation. Beyond it of course we like to do arragements for any other airport and all other locations we can reach by car.

10. Is it possible to be picked up at different addresses?                                                 Mainly our system is set up for one pick up address and one destination address (from A to B). In case you want to be picked up at different addresses, please contact us by mobil +49(0)172 2404 263 or directly info@taxiservice-aachen.de .

11. Can I make reservation to other destinations?                                                          Yes you can book our taxi for all occasions. Please differentiate the occasion you want to book for (TaxiCall or Airport-Transfer).

12. Are there child safety seats?                                                                                            Yes there are integrated child safety seats in or limousine or station waggon. For all other categories you have to demand extra.

13.  Must I mention extra luggage?                                                                                       We include one suitcase(average) and one hand luggage. If you plan to transport more luggage with you please mention that under the item “remarks”. So we can arrange an according car 4U.
