The taxi company was founded in June 1983 and november 1991 registrated as I.T.S. M. Feuerhack GmbH in the commercial register - Aachen country court. Individual Transfer Service , so the name written out in words, means for us : Mobility just in time - from A to B. To provide and optimize mobility, we started early to use HighTech communication equipment.1988 we started with the C-net with the well known Philips Porty mobile-phone. From now on we have been available for our customers mobile in the taxi and precise order directly at the driver was possible 1992 we changed to the digital GSM-Standard (Handy / Mobile ) and so we could communicate all over the world.1997 the SMS-Service started on the market and so the customers could send a precise and written order to make a reservation for the TaxiService. 1998 we began to establish our Internet performance. With use of a simpel form it was possible to demand the TaxiService. 2001 we developed the online - booking system. Since that time we try regulary to improve our Service and simplify to order. We hope we could realize that with this new version.
Sure, connectivity is an important element of TaxiService - but we also take care for realize a premium TaxiService itself.Service for the customer, friendly and competent is of course to expect from each of our drivers and conductrices. Readiness to help, patience during waiting time and well-groomed appearance is no foreign word for your drivers - they also speak english.
Very important for us as well is the maintainmance and servicing for the taxi cars. For the contentment of our customers we exclusive provide selected automatic Mercedse E-Class Taxis / aircondition and non smokers, wich are exclusiv maintained in authorized garages. So the cars guarantee Mobility-Insurance. We provide Mercedes E-Class limousines and station waggons for your disposal. As well you can order a Vito-taxibus(up to 8 pers. + luggage). Also the paymant of your taxi is optimized for all occasions and you can pay cashlsess with your CreditCard or by EC-Cash(with PIN). 4U as regular customer it is also possiple to open a customer account to pay for example monthly on account.
